I’m Kat, and I help individuals just like you; ones that have it within them to heal and thrive despite what life’s experiences have taught them to believe about themselves and the world. Sometimes they just need the support to get there.
Many of today’s solutions for trauma, anxiety and depression are either designed to be supportive in a passive and reflective manner or place the brunt of the responsibility for current struggles (and healing) onto the client - rather than tracing it back to the root cause of the difficulties. These approaches lead many to feel disappointed with lack of progress, or as if they should be doing more to “fix themselves”.
